The DILF Maker

DILF (Dude In love w/Fitness),  is an intermediate to advanced program and is based on a Bro style 5 day split with a sixth day as an option to bring up a lagging body part. This program can also be done with minimal equipment (garage or hotel type gym). This is a 6-week program but can be ran for additional weeks as long as your seeing progress. If you don't want to use the optional day, you can keep this as a 5 day per week program for an extra recovery day.
