Super Bro

This Is a fun little program trying to emulate the worlds first superhero...SUPERMAN! This program pts emphasis on 3 major body parts chest/back/delts 3x per week, and with training arms and legs 2x per week. We did add in an extra pump work arm day as an option if feel needed.
